Huddle Assist 6" & 6.8"

Fish Arrow's Huddle Assist 6" & 6.8" is an assist hook designed for big soft swimbaits, developed to improve hook-up efficiency when a predator strikes the middle or rear section of the lure without properly reaching the main hook. The system uses a double hook connected by a wire leader, creating an additional hooking point while keeping the rig compact and close to the profile of the swimbait. It's specifically designed for use with the Huddle Trout 6" and 68 Special, making it particularly useful for big soft bait fishing, where short strikes can occur frequently.

What is it for?
The Huddle Assist was developed to improve hook-up rates when using large soft swimbaits, especially when fish strike the lure without fully engulfing it. The additional double hook allows a more rearward section of the body to be covered, reducing the risk of missing weak or side strikes.

How is it rigged?
The system is connected to the main attachment point of the swimbait, while the double hook is positioned along the body of the lure in an area chosen according to fish behavior and retrieve style. The wire leader keeps the hooks close to the lure’s profile without excessively restricting the natural movement of the soft bait.
