This model features a blank constructed with a 30t + 40t carbon mix in the tip, and 30t + 40t + 46t in the butt section, creating an extremely sharp, responsive, and precise blank. Compared to other models, it has a crisper, stiffer action, known as a true "super rebound blank", which is the inspiration for the name "PIN-SHOT Special". It's specifically designed for targeting intricate urban canals, narrow rivers, piers, and tight shoreline access points in inner bays, allowing precise and quick casts with underhand or backhand techniques. The taper is semi-fast, with only the tip flexing slightly, ideal for detecting the faintest bites common in pressured areas and enabling instant hooksets, taking full advantage of the rod's compact length. It drastically reduces missed strikes on medium-sized fish (around 50 cm) and is still powerful enough to handle big seabass over 80 cm with ease, even in the presence of structure.
