SpeedMetal SS

Luxxe's SpeedMetal SS is a technical rod developed specifically for boat fishing with Ika Metal and Omorig techniques, designed for anglers looking for sensitivity, control and quick response when targeting squid. It's a series engineered to detect even the lightest touches, clearly distinguishing squid contact from movements caused by waves, current or boat drift. The solid tip provides excellent visual and tactile sensitivity, while the blank maintains a fast and precise response for properly working metal sutte, egi and dedicated rigs. Although positioned in an accessible price range, the SpeedMetal SS delivers high technical performance, making squid fishing more direct, engaging and precise. It's fitted with Fuji SiC stainless steel guides, and the baitcasting model features spiral guide setting.

Rod design and action
The SpeedMetal SS is designed for an active fishing style, where the angler constantly works the lure, controls line tension and strikes quickly at the slightest signal. The blank action is developed to ensure excellent handling, allowing precise jerks, lifts, controlled pauses and rhythmic retrieves. The rod allows constant contact with the rig, making it easier to perceive current changes, sinker contact and the most delicate bites.

High-sensitivity Solid Tip
All models in the series are equipped with a solid tip, an extremely sensitive and highly visible full tip, essential for boat squid fishing. This configuration allows even the lightest touches to be detected, which are often difficult to distinguish when fishing deep, in current or in rough sea conditions. The tip clearly transmits changes in tension and allows the angler to quickly recognize the right moment to set the hook.

B66H-solid
The B66H-solid model is mainly designed for use with sinkers from 15-30号 (56-112 g), but can also handle up to 40号 (150 g). It is a high-power, high-response version, ideal for fishing in strong currents or for anglers who want a very responsive rod for lure action and hook setting. It's well suited to an aggressive style, where fast execution, rig control and quick reaction are essential.

S610MH-solid
The S610MH-solid model is a spinning version dedicated to Omorig, mainly designed for sinkers from 20-30号 (75-112 g) and manageable up to 40号 (150 g). It offers an excellent balance between power, sensitivity and casting ability, making it suitable for both shallow waters and deeper or current-affected situations. The longer length improves casting distance and drift control, while the solid tip allows even the most delicate bites to be detected. It's a versatile specific rod that can be used throughout the season.
