Search Swimmer

Melon's Search Swimmer is a heavy-weight sinking stickbait made from high-strength rigid urethane, designed to deliver exceptional casting distance and a perfectly balanced horizontal fall. Despite its substantial weight (98 g), it maintains excellent stability during the sink and performs effectively even with heavy braided lines such as PE #8 or above. This makes it a reliable and versatile lure, even in the most demanding conditions. Thanks to its slim and compact design, the Search Swimmer offers a wide range of actions: darting and S-shaped swimming during retrieve, a natural track at medium speed ideal for finicky predators, and, when worked with downward twitches, it becomes deadly for fish reluctant to strike on the surface. Originally developed as a tuna game lure, it also proves highly effective on amberjack, bonito, GT, and other large tropical or coastal predators.
