Longin's Pixis is a distinctive sinking pencil designed to achieve exceptional casting distance and work effectively in the surface layer from the very first turns of the reel handle. Its unique rear geometry, loaded with weight to the limit, ensures a stable and penetrating flight even in headwinds or crosswinds, allowing anglers to easily cover distant spots, main currents and offshore areas that are difficult to reach with traditional lures. After hitting the water, the Pixis immediately starts fishing with a steady retrieve, rising toward the surface and creating a very natural, sinuous wake. The body catches the water and produces a characteristic unstable side-to-side action, with subtle slides and visible vibrations, ideal for imitating slender prey such as needlefish and small baitfish. The retrieve resistance is clearly felt through the rod, providing control even at long range. Perfect for surface patterns and selective predators, it comes equipped with three #8 treble hooks.
