APIA's NEW Foojin'RS is the new generation of Sea Bass rods developed according to the "DEFINE THE FUTURE" concept, with the aim of redefining precision, power and sensitivity in saltwater spinning. The design combines third-generation TORAYCA® carbon fibres with the innovative X-FORCE100 structure, creating a blank that is strong, flexible and characterised by a high elastic recovery force. During casting, the rod produces a straight, precise and powerful trajectory, while in use it offers immediate response to input and accurate lure control. The progressive bending curve makes the blank easy to load and ensures stable casting performance even for less experienced anglers. The NEW Foojin'RS is not simply an evolution of the series, but a modern reinterpretation of the performance expected from a Sea Bass rod.
Blank
The Foojin'RS blank is designed to combine strong responsiveness, elasticity and shock absorption through a specific combination of high-performance carbon fibres.
X-FORCE100
X-FORCE100 technology uses carbon fibres crossed at 45° within a single prepreg sheet, significantly reducing blank torsion and the resulting loss of power. By eliminating the traditional fibreglass backing, the structure is made from 100% pure carbon, improving vibration transmission, sensitivity and the speed at which the tip stops oscillating after the cast. The more uniform manufacturing process also reduces performance differences between individual rods.
M46X
TORAYCA® M46X is a third-generation, ultra-high-modulus 46-ton carbon fibre capable of delivering compression and bending strength comparable to lower-modulus materials. It increases blank speed during casting and accelerates tip recovery, reducing residual oscillation while improving accuracy and distance. M46X is used exclusively on the DESIRE S95MH model.
M40X
TORAYCA® M40X is a high-modulus 40-ton carbon fibre developed to combine high rigidity with excellent strength. It maintains the same elastic modulus as the previous M40J while offering 30% greater compression strength. It helps increase sensitivity, control precision and blank response speed while reducing unwanted flex and vibration.
T1100G
TORAYCA® T1100G is a 33-ton intermediate-modulus carbon fibre with class-leading tensile strength. It gives the blank strength, power and a smoother, more progressive bending curve, improving both acceleration during casting and the ability to absorb powerful runs without making the blank excessively stiff.
M46X, M40X and T1100G carbon fibres use #2574 resin with Nanoalloy® technology.

NANO JOINT
NANO JOINT is APIA’s original joint system developed with NANO ALLOY® technology. All models in the new Foojin'RS range use a Put-in joint designed to reduce the localised stiffness typically found at the connection point of two-piece rods. Ultra-precise machining improves the continuity of the bending curve, strength, lightness and overall balance, while also reducing the risk of the joint loosening during use.
SHIELD TECH Light
SHIELD TECH Light is a special protective coating applied to the blank to reduce scratches and minor surface damage without adding excessive weight. The Unsanded finish preserves the structural integrity of the blank while maintaining high sensitivity, keeping it light, protected and immediately responsive.

A versatile model designed for Sea Bass fishing in ports, inner bays and small to medium-sized rivers, while also being suitable for beaches and low rocky shores. It handles lures from 5 to 32 g with a fast, precise and responsive action, making it ideal for both finesse approaches with small baitfish and for covering wide areas while wading. Its high casting accuracy makes it easy to reach the intended area, specific structures and difficult spots, allowing it to adapt perfectly to complex environments.
NIGHTBIRD S90L+
A finesse rod developed for Sea Bass fishing in ports, inner bays and small to medium-sized rivers, as well as from low rocky shores. Designed for lightweight lures and small-baitfish patterns, it offers excellent sensitivity, precision and control. The progressive tip follows even the most delicate bites, reduces hook pulls and allows fish to be played safely with small single or treble hooks.
LYNX S93M
The benchmark all-round model in the Foojin'RS series, designed for Sea Bass fishing in ports, tidal flats, rocky shores and rivers of all sizes. It combines excellent casting distance, precision and power with a sensitive tip capable of reading the current and controlling the lure. The powerful butt section provides strong authority over larger fish, while the excellent balance allows comfortable all-day use both from the bank and while wading.
VIVOGUE S96ML+
An extremely versatile rod designed for Sea Bass fishing in ports, rocky shores, tidal flats and medium to large rivers. The progressive tip and flexible blank provide sensitivity and control, while the reinforced butt section offers greater authority over larger fish. Suitable for both bank fishing and wading, it performs effectively from springtime micro-bait patterns through to autumn fishing for large predators.
DESIRE S95MH
A Medium-Heavy rod designed for targeting large Sea Bass in medium to large rivers, as well as from beaches and rocky shores. The powerful butt section provides authority and confidence during the fight, while the progressive tip ensures smooth, accurate casting with 140–160 mm minnows and pencil baits. Powerful yet surprisingly manageable, it is also an excellent first rod in the MH class.
FLY HIGH S100ML+
A 10-foot rod designed to combine long casting distance with precise lure control. The fast and responsive blank allows jerks and technical lure actions to be performed naturally, while the increased butt power ensures effective use with lures up to 45 g. Ideal for ports, large rivers, beaches and wading, it accurately reaches distant spots without becoming tiring to use.
MAJESTIC SURF S106M
Designed specifically for beach fishing and large rivers. Light and well balanced despite its length, it delivers excellent casting distance with jig heads and metal jigs up to 48 g. Its high sensitivity makes it easier to control lure posture and depth between the waves, ensuring precision and comfort even during long sessions.

A powerful long-cast model designed for targeting large predators from the beach and in large rivers.
