Mugen Pure Fune Madai Limited

Gokuspe's Mugen Pure Fune Madai Limited is a boat rod designed for red sea bream fishing with a groundbait feeder, featuring a soft mooching action traditionally found in Japanese rods developed for this technique. Built with a solid fibreglass blank, it offers a bend that extends into the midsection, combining elasticity with a substantial reserve of power. Its construction absorbs wave movement, keeping the rig more stable and encouraging wary fish to take the bait. The slim aluminium reel seat and lightweight butt section ensure easy handling, helping you distribute groundbait and maintain control during the fight. The Mugen Pure Fune Madai Limited is a versatile rod that lets you enjoy every stage of the catch, while also being suitable for amberjack and other pelagic species!

What is a "mooching-style" action?
A "mooching-style" action describes a soft, deep bend that extends into the midsection of the blank.
Under load, the rod forms a broad curve, following the fish's movements during the fight.
This elasticity helps absorb wave movement, keeping the rig more stable underwater.
The blank's progressive response also encourages wary fish to take the bait, providing flexibility and a reserve of power.
