Matsuri Baby Metal

Progre's Matsuri Baby Metal is a small Ika Metal squid jig, designed to be used in combination with the Matsuri Baby Sutte, also by Progre! The weights and dimensions are perfect for catching squid when they are suspended near the surface of the water or in mid-water. The compact body with a forward center of gravity gives a forward tilted trim, improving the movement of the lure and the scaled fabric is equipped with a fluorescent and Keimura coating that reflects the UV rays contained in fishing lights and sunlight, increasing visibility. The scaled fabric also has an irregular surface that simulates the scales of a fish, so as to encourage the squid not to leave the Matsuri Baby Metal. Equipped with luminous eyes, which increase visibility in the dark, it has a slim body that, combined with a system of 0.65mm needles, with an angle of about 30°, guarantees to keep the squid firmly and, in the final part, there is luminous paint.

How can it be used?
Using an Ika Metal rod, better with a spinning reel, you will have to make a leader with the Matsuri Baby Metal in the final part and three Matsuri Baby Sutte mounted 60-80cm apart. The fishing action consists of casting and retrieve near the surface of the water, or sinking it and retrieve at the desired depth.
