Masterpiece 120FL

APIA's Masterpiece 120FL is a new high-performance floating minnow, designed to deliver excellent casting distance, outstanding stability and an immediate response to every input applied during the retrieve. Its slim body, combined with APIA's original Linear Engine weight-transfer system (PAT.P), ensures a stable posture in flight and produces tight and accurate trajectories even in headwinds or crosswinds. Its floating action allows it to work effectively in the upper water layers, making it ideal for shallow areas, obstacle-full environments and predators actively feeding near the surface.

The low-centre-of-gravity balance reduces changes in posture and allows the lure to begin working immediately upon contact with the water. During the retrieve, the MASTERPIECE 120FL maintains a stable trajectory and consistent grip on the current, making it suitable for fishing in rivers, estuaries, harbours, beaches and rocky shorelines. Its tight wobbling-and-rolling action, driven mainly by rolling, produces natural movements and continuous side flashes that are especially effective on wary sea bass or fish subjected to heavy fishing pressure. Its high responsiveness also allows the lure to be controlled precisely in both up-cross and down-cross presentations, while maintaining stability even as water pressure increases.

The combination of the Linear Engine, low centre of gravity, slim silhouette and floating action makes the MASTERPIECE 120FL a versatile, precise and easy-to-control minnow, particularly suitable for targeting seabass and other coastal predators such as bluefish, barracuda and more. It's supplied with three BKK FANGS-62UA #6 treble hooks.
