Liberate

Ares's Liberate is a high-performance Light Game rod series Made in Japan, designed for technical light fishing applications while maintaining outstanding versatility, making it suitable for techniques such as Light Eging. The blanks are constructed from high modulus carbon to ensure excellent vibration transmission, fast response and reduced overall weight. The rods feature Fuji Torzite guides with titanium frames (T2-KGTT, KTTG, KLTG), configured to optimize line flow, heat dissipation and the management of thin PE lines. The actions are specifically tuned to cover different fishing needs, with tips engineered to maximize sensitivity and loading capacity, combined with a highly responsive butt section for total hooking control. Ergonomics are enhanced by Fuji reel seats (DPS or VSS depending on the model) paired with high-density EVA grips, positioned to improve balance and reduce torsion. The two-piece construction ensures smooth bending curves and reliability under load.

Li607tz
A short and ultra-light model, ideal for Light Game in both saltwater and freshwater. It features an extremely sensitive tip that combines the responsiveness of a tubular blank with a progressive flex similar to a solid tip, allowing better management of subtle bites and improving hook-up ratios. Excellent with small lures, from sinking pencils to topwater.

Li705tz
A stiffer and more reactive action, designed to maximize “metallic” bottom sensitivity. Also perfect for techniques such as Light Eging and darting with jig heads up to 7 grams. The fast blank enables immediate hook sets and quick retrieves, making it ideal for technical and dynamic fishing.

Li801tz
An all-round model with a softer, more progressive action. The flexible tip improves current reading and lure control, while the backbone ensures solid fish management. Suitable for multiple approaches, including topwater and Light Eging. Ideal when consistency and fun during the fight are the priority.

Li806tz
The longest and most powerful model in the series, designed for light spinning and Eging. Featuring a relatively stiff and sensitive action, it provides excellent lure feedback in the water and allows effective use of metal jigs and egi up to size #3.5. Its balance reduces fatigue and improves control during long sessions.
