APIA's Lammtarra 130FL is the renewed version of the historic Lammtarra, regarded as one of the pioneering lures for drift fishing for European seabass. Designed by Mr. Kunihiko Hamamoto, it was developed to work in the uppermost layers of the water with dead-slow and slow retrieves, producing a subtle, natural and controlled movement that is particularly effective when targeting large seabass. Its 130 mm body, combined with APIA's original Linear Engine moving-weight system, significantly improves casting performance compared with the previous model, making it easier to reach distant areas, outer current lines and otherwise difficult-to-access spots.

During the retrieve, the LAMMTARRA 130FL produces a delicate wobbling and rolling action, with restrained oscillations and a natural movement that imitates a weakened baitfish being carried by the current. The lure performs at its best with an extremely slow retrieve and balanced line tension, neither too tight nor completely slack. If a strong vibration can be clearly felt through the rod, the retrieve speed is too fast. Correct use requires only the minimum resistance needed to maintain contact with the lure and control its movement.

The highly responsive design allows the LAMMTARRA 130FL to begin start immediately the action, maintain contact with the current and react to changes in retrieve seed, rod angle and line tension applied by the angler. Rather than drifting automatically, it allows the trajectory and posture of the lure to be controlled according to the current and the characteristics of the fishing spot. The combination of the Linear Engine, shallow-running action and delicate wobbling and rolling movement makes the LAMMTARRA 130FL particularly suitable for seabass fishing in rivers, estuaries, lagoons, harbours, beaches and rocky shores. It's supplied with three BKK FANGS-62UA #4 treble hooks.
