Kotori 160

Sky Grey's Kotori 160 a 16 cm wooden lure, developed through extensive real-world fishing tests to deliver a strong ability to trigger strikes from a wide range of predatory species. Despite its relatively light weight, it offers excellent casting distance even with PE8-class braided lines, making it particularly effective both for quickly reaching schools of baitfish and for covering large areas of water. The natural response of the wooden body generates a distinctive S-shaped rise during underwater movement, an action that emerged directly from field experience rather than from purely theoretical development. Successfully tested both in Japan and in various international waters, it has demonstrated remarkable versatility across numerous species. The wooden construction and 70 g weight provide an effective balance between casting performance, natural action and control during the retrieve, making it a particularly reliable choice even when other lures fail to produce results.
