IxI Blowly

Megabass's IxI Blowly is the ultimate shallow-cranking weapon! It's the third model born from the IxI project, a collaboration between Katsutaka Imae and Yuki Ito. But this is much more than a simple crankbait: it's a true shockwave generator, engineered to provoke instinctive reaction bites even from the most lethargic Black Bass, turning every retrieve into a surprise strike. Equipped with Yuki Ito's patented hydrodynamic theory, also used in the Furious series, the Blowly features a stocky, compact body that physically agitates the water column in the upper layer. Its retrieve is fast-paced, full of vibration, and simply irresistible.

PERFORMANCE
Although it operates in ultra-shallow water (maximum depth: 0.5 m), the BLOWLY effectively triggers black bass rising from deeper zones or approaching laterally in open water. Strikes can come from any direction, vertical or horizontal, making every retrieve a high-stakes encounter.

TECHNOLOGY – Water-Through System
The exclusive water-through system controls water intake and expulsion to stabilize and enhance the lure's action: water enters through the frontal intake and is compressed inside the body, intensifying vibration and stabilizing the swimming path. At higher speeds, dual ducts beneath the gill plates expel water downward, creating lift that counteracts diving force and keeps the BLOWLY in its target depth range. The result is a lure that remains incredibly stable, even during fast retrieves, delivering sharp, precise, and effortless action, perfect for ultra-shallow water fishing.
