Shimano's Exsence Leader EX Fluoro is a fluorocarbon leader material for saltwater lure fishing, particularly for sea bass. Made in Japan using premium-quality materials, it features an exclusive dual-layer construction that combines a rigid core (1) with a soft outer coating (2), designed to improve knot strength. The outer layer allows the PE braid to grip the leader securely, increasing knot strength and making the most of the line's performance. The high-molecular-weight fluorocarbon provides excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance to withstand the stresses encountered during fishing.
