Shimano's Exsence Genos 2025 represents the pinnacle of Shimano technology dedicated to European Seabass Spinning. The Spiral X Core blank is the structural foundation of Exsence Genos.
This Shimano technology combines cross-wrapped carbon layers to provide:

FULL X GUIDE
All models are equipped with Full X Guide, a fully Shimano guide configuration that reduces total guide weight by up to about 18% compared to the previous generation.

ONE BY ONE GUIDE CONFIGURATION
Exsence Genos uses a dedicated guide layout, developed according to the blank's taper.
- RF and F actions (Regular Fast / Fast): smaller butt guides and a higher number of guides to improve power transmission and PE line control on the tip section;
- R actions (Regular): larger butt guides and fewer guides to promote smooth casting with heavier lures and thicker line diameters.
This approach ensures maximum model-specific efficiency.
CARBON MONOCOQUE GRIP HI-RES
The Carbon Monocoque Grip Hi-Res is a hollow carbon structure, lightweight with thin walls, designed to amplify vibration transmission.
