Daiwa's Emeraldas Dropper Egi is an egi designed for modern boat squid fishing techniques, perfectly suited to both Dropper rigs and Omorig fishing. Its specific construction keeps the lure stable when used on Ika Metal rigs, providing a natural and controlled posture throughout every stage of the fishing action. The sinking speed of approximately 8 seconds per metre has been developed to adapt to a wide range of depths, currents and squid activity levels. The specially shaped sinker and low centre of gravity reduce the egi's tendency to lift, ensuring greater control even in strong currents.
