Marukyu's Chinu Spice is a technical sea-fishing groundbait additive, designed to be used as a mixing and adjustment component for preparing pressed groundbait balls, and is particularly suitable for fishing gilt-head bream and large white seabream. Its formulation is based on a high concentration of garlic and a complex blend of attractive ingredients selected to stimulate the feeding activity of fish. It contains yeast, silkworm chrysalis, garlic, Chinese medicinal herbs such as Senkyu, and other specific spices, created to increase the attracting power of the groundbait.
Garlic plays a fundamental role as an appetite stimulator, proving particularly effective during cold periods or in situations where fish feed less consistently. The spicy and aromatic component works on both smell and taste, encouraging fish to approach and stimulating their feeding response. Chinu Spice is widely used to increase the effectiveness of sea-fishing groundbaits intended for larger gilt-head bream and white seabream, especially when it's necessary to make the dango (pressed groundbait ball) more attractive and longer-lasting.
Mixed with the base groundbait, it creates an intense, spicy, and highly stimulating attraction effect, capable of increasing fish activity in the baited area. It's particularly suitable for completing and enhancing technical bottom or mid-water mixes, improving the overall attractiveness of the groundbait without excessively altering its structure.
