Carbon P-Gaff Shaft

Prox Inc.'s Carbon P-Gaff Shaft is a high-power carbon handle designed to support large big game gaffs. Made with high-quality materials, it's robust and reliable, featuring a one-piece blank with 97% carbon, a construction that provides excellent strength and high power, and at the same time reduced weight, ideal for landing big fish. The non-slip EVA handle is designed to ensure a firm and comfortable grip, allowing anglers to apply maximum force even in demanding situations. The mounting section is compatible with Whitworth W1/2 threading, the standard commonly used for gaff and landing net accessories in Japan.

The handle comes with a 6 mm diameter safety rope
- Model 120 (1.2 m): 2.6 m rope
- Model 150 (1.5 m): 3.0 m rope

Threading Note
All handles use a thread commonly referred to as a "4-bu screw" (approx. 12.7 mm outer diameter). This size is based on the W1/2 standard, widely used in the Japanese fishing industry, and is therefore generally compatible with products from other Japanese manufacturers.
