How to use
1. Preparation: ensure the fish is immobilized and safely positioned. Keep the kit within reach and ready to use;
2. Ikejime (nerve spiking): use the needle to create a small hole in the skull until reaching the spinal cord. Then insert the steel wire along the spinal canal to stop nerve activity, improving meat quality;
3. Air venting: for deep-water fish, use the needle to release the air from the swim bladder. This helps preserve the fish and makes handling easier on board;
4. After use: thoroughly rinse all components with fresh water and dry them before storing in the protective tube to ensure long life and maximum efficiency.
