Ailed'ore 85SSL

APIA's Ailed'ore 85SSL is a shallow runner and slow-sinking minnow measuring 85 mm and weighing 10 g, designed to operate in the upper water column (approximately 10-50 cm) while maintaining a consistently stable and controlled swimming posture. It has been engineered to deliver maximum effectiveness when fish are feeding on small baitfish, situations where size, silhouette and natural movement are critical. The body features a low-drag aerodynamic shape which, combined with the internal Linear Engine system (PAT.P), ensures excellent casting distance and an extremely stable flight trajectory, even against the wind. This allows anglers to cover large areas efficiently while maintaining accuracy, even in open or challenging fishing spots.

From a hydrodynamic perspective, the small front lip generates a tight-pitch wobbling & rolling action, deliberately restrained to remain natural and non-intrusive. This swimming behavior allows the lure to perform effectively both in still water and in strong currents, maintaining stability even during cross-current or down-current retrieves without losing balance or being pushed off track.

One of its standout features is its responsiveness to rod action: with light jerks or twitches, the lure produces quick and irregular lateral darts, sometimes accompanied by upward movements. This action closely imitates a fleeing baitfish rising toward the surface, triggering reaction strikes even from inactive or hesitant predators. The slow-sinking action is not just a buoyancy choice, but a technical solution to improve overall lure control. Compared to a floating model, it provides better water grip, reduces the negative impact of wind on the line and ensures a quicker start-up action from the very beginning of the retrieve. The result is a more precise, more "readable" and more effective lure in real fishing conditions. It comes with two BKK Fangs 62-UA #8 treble hooks.
