70 Remix

DRT's 70 Remix is a casting rod developed for technical big bait fishing, built on the El Horizonte 75 blank and optimized primarily for use with the KLASH9. Its length has been shortened by 5 inches, while the tip power has been carefully tuned to provide an excellent balance of handling, casting accuracy and lure control. The all-titanium guide configuration and original DRT components help reduce the overall weight while increasing sensitivity and responsiveness. These features allow anglers to perform precise jerks, sudden changes of direction and irregular actions, maintaining direct control even during the most technical retrieves. Its power range sits between the 73 Remix and the 79 Remix, making the rod extremely versatile. In addition to the KLASH9, it can be used with the JOKER, 9-inch-class soft swimbaits and frogs in areas with dense vegetation or heavy cover. The blank provides enough power to handle lures up to the DRT GHOST, with a maximum lure weight of approximately 9 oz, while maintaining excellent ease of use.
