Saltiga SJ

Daiwa's Saltiga SJ is a new generation Slow Jigging rod series. The SALTIGA Slow Jigging rods arrive in Europe directly from the Japanese market, presenting a series of characteristics that make them of the highest level. The Saltiga SJ are made of high resistance "HVF Nano Plus" carbon which has allowed to produce an extremely thin blank, never seen so far in Slow Jigging rods. This blank gives the jig optimum movement with light input and a perfectly balanced feel that suppresses the feeling of weight. Furthermore, to guarantee the power necessary to fight even unexpected prey, an exclusive external layer of carbon called "X45 Cobrashield" has been adopted which completely eliminates the torsion of the blank. The reel seat used is a Fuji PLUS, specific for vertical techniques, while the guides are Fuji LRV in Titanium with Torzite ring.

MODELS
- 61B-2: perfect for handling jigs weighing around 200 grams in water from 150-200 meters maximum;
- 61B-3: medium action, to handle jigs up to 260 grams of jig in waters with a depth of 200-300 meters;
- 61B-4: perfect for handling jigs up to 300 grams even in very deep waters.
