Metallia Yari-Ika

Daiwa's Metallia Yari-Ika is a high level rod specially developed for vertical squid and deep-water big squid fishing from the boat. It was developed with the aim of finding the right mix between balance, sensitivity, lightness, maneuverability and ease of use. Thanks to the Metal top tip in titanium alloy, the most sensitive bites, even in very deep waters that exceed 150 meters, are transmitted with excellent sensitivity and precision. The blank can count on X45 technology, a special layer of carbon that reduces its twisting in fishing. This, together with the Fuji SiC guides, compact and light weight, allows you to have a powerful but at the same time very light and fun rod to use even after many hours of fishing. It lends itself perfectly to use in combination with even small size electric reels.
