Bassterra XT+ LRF

Shimano's Bassterra XT+ LRF is the new and more refined version of this series of rods specifically designed for Light Rock Fishing. As with the XT model, the XT+ also feature both classic actions for light and ultralight approaches, but also actions that allow you to cast up to almost 20 grams of weight, making them also perfect for using micro casting jigs. The blanks are made of high modulus carbon reinforced with Diaflash to maximize casting performance, lure management and bite sensitivity. They are fitted with Fuji K-series Stainless Steel Fazlite guides, the reel seat is a Fuji TVS which allows direct contact with the blank, while the handle is made of high quality split EVA.
